NomNom absolutely delicious !! I can only recommend it!

We were welcomed and seated in a very friendly manner. The landlord and the waitress are very concerned about the well-being of the guests. The guest room is stylishly designed. Everything perfect. The kitchen is great. I can only highly recommend this restaurant to all visitors to Wetzlar.

Were to visit Wetzlar because other restaurants nearby had lunch break, we decided on this one. Unfortunately a mistake, the service was not really friendly and the food was unfortunately not outstanding for a defense. Next time I'd rather wait starving for other restaurants to open.

We ate very well here and plenty of it. The price was okay and the service was very friendly. All in all, gladly again.

The farmer's pan was very tasty, my wife thought the green sauce was okay, but not great. Service was very good, the drinks prices were in the upper range

Super delicious food! We had Frankfurter Schnitzel (with fried potatoes and green sauce) and beef roulade. Both dishes were great, both meat and side dishes. The side salads in advance were also very tasty. Friendly staff, small cozy restaurant.

The restaurant is located in the city center at the cathedral. Parking spaces are right in front of the door or you can park in the multi-storey car park on Domplatz and take the Fischmarkt exit, then you are almost directly in front of the restaurant. The restaurant is quaint and fits into the surroundings with the half-timbered houses. The service is friendly and attentive, but not pushy. We had a table upstairs on the 1st floor by the window with a view of the cathedral, which was illuminated in the evening. The mineral water Hugo was really tasty with fresh mint, lime elderflower juice. The food came quickly and was hot as it should be. We had the roulade with dumpling and red cabbage, as well as the kitchen master schnitzel. For both, the kitchen has proven that it can do something. Despite its size, the dumpling was firm and juicy. The tightly rolled le roulade was made from very good beef, filled with onions, cucumber and bacon. The meat crumbled when cut. The red cabbage was still slightly swirled in butter. The matching sauce rounded off the good picture. The schnitzel was crispy fried and despite the sauce with the fresh mushrooms the breading did not get mushy. The fries were hot and crispy and were cooked in fresh fat. The salad served was rich and crunchy with the appropriate dressing. The portions are neat and the guests will definitely get full. You should definitely come hungry. We will come back.

I can only recommend this place. The decoration is very typical, and the food is delicious. Service is quick and friendly on top of that!

Very cosy and romantic restaurant for dinner. Excellent German food. Owner and waitstaff delightful. Highly recommend the beef roulade with red cabbage and potato dumpling. Also the sauteed pork medallions and the schnitzel. very nice wine selection.

Very good food. The second time here again. The service nice and outgoing. The duck tastes good. The meat a bit tough. If we had known that duck in the oven takes a little longer.

Delightful, cozy, typical Hessian specialties. Love the Schnitzel with Pomme Frites and the Edelsacker. I try to visit every time I’m in Wetzlar.

Just had a great meal here. I had the Wetzlarer Edelsacker and it was amazing.
